These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mishoo AI companion chatbot service ("Mishoo", "the Service") provided by Mishoo ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Mishoo. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If we discover that a user is under 18, their access will be terminated immediately.

2. AI Disclaimer

Mishoo companions are artificial intelligence, not real people. The personas — including Priya, Neha, Kavya, and any future companions — are entirely fictional characters generated by AI. They do not represent, depict, or stand for any real person, living or deceased. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.

Interactions with Mishoo companions are for companionship and entertainment purposes only. Mishoo is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, medical care, or real human relationships.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Mishoo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Attempt to manipulate the AI into generating harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any person.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service (other than as intended).
Impersonate any person or entity.
Share or distribute conversation content in a manner that violates applicable law.

4. Telegram Platform

Mishoo operates as a Telegram bot. Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Telegram's availability, actions, or policies. Mishoo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, personas, and software comprising the Mishoo service are the property of Mishoo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the content you send to Mishoo. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to use your messages solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI's responses will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Mishoo at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
