Mishoo ("we", "us", "our") operates the AI companion chatbot service accessible at chat.mishoo.co and via Telegram. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Mishoo.

- Telegram User Data: Your Telegram user ID, username (if set), and first name, as provided by the Telegram platform when you start a conversation.

- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the service, such as which companion you chat with and when.
- Device and Technical Data: Basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and referral source when you visit chat.mishoo.co.
We do not collect your phone number, email address, or real name unless you voluntarily share them in conversation.

3. Telegram Integration
Mishoo operates as a Telegram bot. When you interact with Mishoo, your messages are transmitted through Telegram's infrastructure. Telegram's own Privacy Policy also applies to your use of the Telegram platform. We receive only the data that Telegram provides to bots per their Bot API.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your conversation data is stored on secure servers located in India. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) and access controls. We retain conversation history to provide the companion memory feature. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share anonymised, aggregated data for research or service improvement. We may disclose data if required by applicable Indian law or a valid legal order.
We use third-party AI model providers (including Anthropic and Together AI) to generate responses. These providers process conversation content under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Mishoo is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
